We’re delighted to be bringing your event to life, and as we finalize preparations, we want to ensure every detail is perfectly coordinated. To keep everything seamless, please submit your final event details including guest count, setup, and final menu selections.

Your timely submission allows us to deliver an exceptional experience tailored to your vision. If you have any updates or need assistance, we’re here to support you.

Please send your finalized information two weeks prior to the date of your event only.

NOTES TO REMEMBER:

We do not provide setup, table dressing, or end of event teardown for your reception tables, and our team does not remain on site through the end of the event. During our time at your venue, we will bus the dinner tables to ensure a clean and comfortable dining experience. Please note that we are only able to remove the trash generated during the preparation and cooking of your meal.

Additional Services:

China Plates (Weddings Only) - There is a small additional charge for events using china. This is because we will need to add an extra server dedicated to scraping and returning the china to the bins for you. The only exception is if your venue provides staff to handle this process.

Water Service (Weddings Only) - We are happy to offer seated water service for your guests during the dinner portion of your event. There is a small additional charge for this service. Please note that the water and ice must be provided by you and once supplied, our team will manage all aspects of the service.
